Angelo Torres better known as Phenomenal is the Owner and Founder of It's Phenomenal Entertainment Inc.Since 1992 Had a Dream to help Artists from the Streets like Ballers,Players,Gangsters,etc.that had it in them The Talent of Singing and Rapping so it inspired him to open up Shop like DMX said in one of his songs but thats what they call it in The Music Industry so he open up a studio and build it from scratch in Yonkers N.Y. where he resided years ago but before then he knew artists getting in the music industry like a Group call The Lox knows them personally like Jada Kiss also like DMX , Mary J Blige etc. and also associated with Ruff Riders , Most Hated Entertainment etc.but created his own spanglish company Spanish/English Company and called it (( IT'S PHENOMENAL ENTERTAINMENT )) with is now Incorporated also . which has inspired him to continue from then till now and worked in the Latin and English Industry.
